摘要

目的:研究当归芍药散精简方FBD多糖的组成。方法:提取和精制FBD多糖及其组成药材茯苓、白术及当归中多糖

采用SephadexG75、G150凝胶柱分离纯化各多糖样品;HPLCELSD法测定各多糖平均分子量;GC法测定多糖的单糖组成。结果:经凝胶柱分离得到三个多糖PsA、PsB、PsC

分子量分别为1777577、400172、4369;PsA由甘露糖、果糖组成;PsB由甘露糖、葡萄糖、果糖组成;PsC由鼠李糖、甘露糖、果糖组成。结论:首次报道并确定了FBD多糖部位的组成。

Abstract

Object:To study chemical constituents of polyhexoses fraction from FBD.Methods:FBD polyhexoses were segregated and purified with Sephadex G-75、G-150.Their molecular weights were measured with HPLC-ELSD;The components and proportions of monosaccharides were hydrolyzed and analyzed with GC.Results:We obtained polyhexoses PsA、PsB、PsC from FBD and measured their molecular weights as 1777577

4369.PsA consisted of Rhamnose and fructose

PsB consisted of Rhamnose、glucose and fructose

PsC consisted of Rhamnose、mannose and fructose.Conclusion:We determined the chemical constituents of polyhexoses fraction from FBD.
