To examine the impact of Jianpihuashisanyu Fang and Xuezhikang recipe on the serum lipids and liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） and fatty liver.Method:107 patients with chronic hepatitis B and fatty liver were treated for 8 weeks and randomly divided into two groups:the research group has 62 patients treated by Jianpihuashisanyu Fang and Xuezhikang recipes （bid）;the control group has 45 patients treated by Xuezhikang recipes（bid）.The serial indices of serum lipids（including TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA
