Objective:To develop a Capillary GC method to determine the seven components

α-pinene

eucalyptol

camphor

menthol

methyl salicylate

cinnamia aldehyde and eucalyptal in Huoluo oil.Method:A fused silica capillary column was used.The intial temperature of column was kept at 90℃ for 1 min

then raised to 180℃ at the rate of 6℃·min

finally to 250℃ at the rate of 25℃·min

-1

and maintained the temperature for 5 min

the carry gas was nitrogen.The injector and detector temperature was 220℃ and 260℃.Injections were performed in the splitless mode and an FID was used as the detector.Results:The standards curves of α-pinene

eucalyptol

camphor

menthol

methyl salicylate

cinnamia aldehyde

eucalyptal are linear within the range of 6.94～41.64μg·mL
