摘要

目的:综述近年来中药联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎研究进展。方法:主要对近十年米有关中药联合拉为夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的文献进行综述。结果:中药联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎能提高临床疗效

优于单用拉米夫定。结论:中药联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎能提高临床疗效

但是其作用机制有待进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective:To introduce the advance of the Chinese medicine combined with Lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B in the recent years.Methods:The literatures on the Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B was Summarized.Results:Chinese medicine is effective in treating chronic hepatitis B

especially combined with Lamivudine.Conclusion:Chinese medicine with Lamivudine is effective in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.its mechanisms are to be further investigated.
