摘要

目的:评价中药冬梅饮（DMY）对糖尿病大鼠非酶糖基化终产物（advanced glycation end products

AGEs）的影响

探讨冬梅饮防治早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的作用机制。方法:用链尿佐菌素（STZ）建立早期DN模型

观察冬梅饮对其血糖、尿微量白蛋白（uA1b）、α1-尿微球蛋白（uα1-MG）、肾脏病理和肾皮质AGEs的影响。结果:模型大鼠的血糖、uA1b、uα1-MG和肾皮质AGEs均显著高于正常组（P<0.05或P<0.01）;冬梅饮能降低模型组肾皮质AGEs（P<0.01）

并明显降低uA1b、u1α-MG（P<0.05

P<0.01）

改善模型大鼠的病理改变。结论:冬梅饮可抑制肾皮质中AGEs沉积

阻止DN的进一步发展。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effects of DongMeiYin（DMY） on advanced glycation end products（AGEs） in the diabetic rats

and investigate the mechanism of preventing and treating early diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods:The rat early DN model was induced by injection of streptozotocin（STZ）.The changes of the blood glucose

-MG and AGEs in the renal cortex and the effects of DMY were observed.Results:The blood glucose

-MG and AGEs of the model rats were obviously increased.DMY could decrease the parameters effectively.Conclusion:DMY could inhibits the AGEs and reduce the ua1b
