Objective:To observe the effects of Yangxueqingnao Granule(YXQNG) on analgesia and cerebral blood flow in mice.Methods:Microcirculatory impairment of mice was induced by intravenous injection of high molecular dextran(HMD).The possible improvement of cerebral blood flow by YXQNG was investigated.The other animal model was pain in mice induced by pressure and acetic acid.Changes produced by YXQNG in mechanical withdrawal threshold and body twisting were evaluated.Results:YXQNG(1
2 g/kg) could effectively increase the value of mechanical withdrawal threshold in mice.YXQNG(1
2 and 4 g/kg) could effectively decrease the number of body twisting of mouse and increase cerebral blood flow in mice with HMD injection.Conclusion:YXQNG may have the effects of relieving pain and increasing cerebral blood flow.
