摘要

目的:研究香薷挥发油β-环糊精（β-CD）包合的制备工艺。方法:以挥发油利用率、有效成分百里香酚及香芹酚含量为指标

用正交设计法对香薷挥发油β-CD包合工艺进行优选。结果:香薷挥发油与β-CD包合物最佳制备工艺是采用胶体磨瞬间包合3次

挥发油∶β-CD∶水为1∶6∶18

包合温度30℃。结论:香薷挥发油采用胶体磨瞬间包合技术

可实现连续化生产

包合物稳定性好。

Abstract

Objective:To study the preparation technology of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-cyclodextrin（β-CD）inclusion compound.Methods:It was studied with Orthogonal design on the extraction of Essential oil of Mosla chinensis and β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.The utilization ratio of Essential oil

and the content of carvacrol and thymol were used as criteria in the test.Results:The optimum preparation technology for the inclusion compound of Mosla chinensis Essential oil-β-CD was using the collid mill to grind instantaneously and inclusion rapidly.The best condition were as follows: The inclusion times was 3

the temperature for inclusion was 30℃

the ratio among the essential oils

β-CD and water was 1∶6∶18.Conclusions:This complex prepared on the condition aforementioned is simple and stable.It can be used for the production in industry.
