摘要

目的:筛选EBM贴剂压敏胶。方法:以改良Franz扩散池为实验装置

SD大鼠腹部皮肤为渗透皮肤

以透皮速率、初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度为考察指标

筛选最佳黏胶基质。结果:综合比较透皮速率、初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度

以DOW CORNING MD-0607压敏胶为最佳。结论:DOW CORNING MD-0607压敏胶为适合EBM经皮给药系统的压敏胶。

Abstract

Objective:To select the Pressure sensitive adhere used in the transdermal study of EBM.Methods:Transdermal speed

constant tackness

sustained adhesion and peeling strength were observed

the improved Franz cell and Skin of abdomen of SD mice were used to study the selection of pressure sensitive adhere.Results:The optimum PSA was DOW CORNING MD-0607.Coclusions:The result indicateed that the DOW CORNING MD-0607 was the optimum PSA used the transdermal study of EBM.
