摘要

目的:制定牛蒡根的质量控制标准;方法:HPLC法

色谱柱为Kromasil-C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（8∶92）;检测波长327 nm;结果:绿原酸在（0.088

.704）μg（r=0.999 9）范围内线性关系良好

平均回收率为98.34%（RSD=1.97%）;结论:绿原酸可作为牛蒡根的质量控制指标成分。

Abstract

Objective:To establishthe quality control of Arctium lappa L..Methods:C

column

mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid-water（8∶92）.The detection wavelength was at 327 nm.Results:The linearity was good within a range of（0.088～0.704）μg（r=（0.999 9））.The average recovery was 98.34%.Conclusions:Chlorogenic acid is a suitable component for the quality control of Arctium lappa L..
