摘要

目的:观察肠安颗粒对脾虚模型动物和免疫功能的影响。方法:用大黄致小鼠"脾虚"模型

观察肠安颗粒对脾虚模型小鼠的耐寒存活率和脾指数的影响;测定小鼠碳粒廓清指数K、半数溶血值HC50

观察对机体免疫功能的影响。结果:肠安颗粒可升高脾虚小鼠的脾指数

减少3 h内的死亡数

对脾虚模型有一定的治疗复健作用;可明显提高小鼠的碳粒廓清率和半数溶血值

与对照组比较

差异显著（P<0.05）。结论肠安颗粒对脾虚有一定的治疗作用

可促进单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能

增强体液免疫。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the influences of Changan Granule on immune function in spleen deficiency mice and Methods: Using the model of spleen deficiency of mice induced by Radix et Rhizoma Rhei

effects of Changan Granule were studied through observing the influences on survival rate and spleen index of mice.Effects of Changan Granule on immune function were studied by analyzing the clearance rate of carbon particle（K） and the value of HC

.Results: The Changan Granule can increase the spleen index

decrease the death rate within 3 hours

and increase the clearance rate of carbon particle（K） and the value of HC

（P

0.05）.Conclusions: Changan Granule is effective to cure splenic asthenia

and can promote the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage and reinforce humoral immunity.
