甘草皂苷对桔梗皂苷急性毒性的影响研究
摘要
目的:探索中药配伍解毒研究新方法及甘草皂苷对桔梗皂苷毒性的减毒作用。方法:以动物死亡率为评判指标
比较"甘草皂苷干预"及未"甘草皂苷干预"动物的中毒情况。在此基础上
以LD50测定法评估不同剂量甘草皂苷干预的解毒效果。结果:预先给于不同剂量甘草皂苷
可明显降低1 g·kg-1剂量桔梗皂苷致动物死亡率
显著上抬桔梗皂苷LD5095%可信限
延长动物死亡时间。结论:预防性口服给予甘草皂苷可部分缓解口服桔梗皂苷所引起的中毒及死亡。
Abstract
Objective:To explore a new method for the study of compatibility attenuation in TCM
and to investigate the effect of Glycyrrhiza uralensis saponins(GS)on the reduction of the acute toxicity of platycodins.Methods:The death rate of the mice was used to evaluate the acute toxicity induced by platycodins in the condition of pre-treatment with GS and no GS.Furthermore
the attenuation effects of different concentrations of GS were investigated by LD
50
method.Results:Pre-treatment of different concentrations of GS can reduce obviously the death rate of the mice
elevate the 95% confidence level of the LD
50
value
prolong the survival time of the mice.Conclusions:Pre-oral administration of GS can partly alleviate the toxicity of platycodins and reduce the death induced by platycodins.
