摘要

目的:介绍马钱子及其制剂的药动学研究进展。方法:根据近年文献

总结生物样品中士的宁和马钱子碱测定方法

并对马钱子及其制剂药动学研究进行概述。结果:采用分光光度法、TLC法、HPLC法和液-质联用法对生物样品进行分析

马钱子碱在体内主要分布浓度最高的组织为肝脏和肾脏

多数实验表明其体内分布呈二室模型;士的宁分布浓度最高的组织为心脏

其代谢主要在血液中呈一级线性消除

体内分布呈二室模型。展望:长期服用马钱子及其制剂后

士的宁是否在体内蓄积

以及多次给药的药动学特性还有待于进一步深入研究。

Abstract

Objective:To review advances of pharmacokinetics study of Semen Strychni and its dosage forms.Methods:Sum up the methods for contents determination of strychnine and brucine in biological samples.Review advances of pharmacokinetic study of Semen Strychni and its dosage forms.Results:The concentration in biological samples was detected by spectrophotometry

HPLC or HPLC-MS. The highest distribution of brucine is liver and kidney

and conformed to two compartment model.Strychnine distributes higher in heart

and it eliminated in linear dynamics

and conformed to one compartment model.Conclusions:It remains to be studied whether Strychnine cumulated when use chronically

and the pharmacokinetics properties with repeated does should be further studied.
