摘要

目的:建立玉屏风汤剂中毛蕊异黄酮苷、升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量测定方法

研究黄芪、防风饮片及玉屏风汤剂中此3种成分的含量相关性。方法:采用HPLC法

色谱柱为Hypersil ODS;流动相为乙腈-水（梯度洗脱）;检测波长为254nm;流速为1mL·min-1;柱温为30℃。结果:黄芪中的毛蕊异黄酮苷、防风中的升麻素苷与5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的提取率分别为45.58%

3.35%

45.01%

5.09%

53.62%

7.75%。结论:饮片与汤剂中的含量呈现一定相关性

但不同批次饮片的提取率差异性较大;为玉屏风汤剂物质基础的研究提供了一定的参考。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of calycosin-7-0-β-D-glucoside

prim-o-glucosyl cimifugin and 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisammin in Yupingfeng Decoction and related drug pieces

and study the correlation of content in Radix Astragali

Radix Saposhnikovlae and Yupingfeng Decoction. Methods:A Hypersil ODS column was used with acetonitrile-water as a mobile phase（gradient elution） and detecting at 254 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL·min

-1

and column temperature was 30℃. Results:The extraction percentages of calycosin-7-0-β-D-glucoside in Radix Astragali

prim-o-glucosyl cimifugin and 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisammin in Radix Saposhnikovlae were 45.58%～63.35%

45.01%～65.09%

53.62%～87.75%. Conclusions:There is a correlation between the contents of and Yupingfeng decoctions and related drug pieces

and the different sources of drug pieces cause a variable for extraction percentage

which provides a reference for the material base of Yupingfeng Decoction.
