目的:建立山楂叶提取物中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法

C18柱

以甲醇-水-磷酸（90∶10∶0.03）为流动相

流速为0.5mL·min-1

检测波长为220nm。结果:熊果酸在（0.982

.82）μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of ursolic acid in Hawthorn Leaves. Methods:The C

18 column with methanol-water-phosphorous acid （90∶10∶0.03） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min

-1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results:The linear range of calibration curve was （0.982～9.82） μg·mL

-1 for ursolic acid （r= 0.999 8 ）. The average recovery was 98.16% and the RSD was 0.58% （n=6）. Conclusion:The method is simple

accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Hawthorn Leaves.
