摘要

目的:观察清胰化积方对移植Panc02胰腺癌小鼠血清免疫抑制因子及脾淋巴细胞功能的影响。方法:将荷瘤小鼠随机分为5组:生理盐水组、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）组、清胰化积方小、中、大剂量组;观察给药后肿瘤变化

检测小鼠血清免疫抑制因子可溶性IL-2受体（sIL-2R）、转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的水平以及小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖活性。结果:清胰化积方各剂量组胰腺癌移植瘤瘤重均小于NS组（P<0.05）

血清sIL-2R、TGF-β1、VEGF水平均低于NS组

脾淋巴细胞增殖活性高于NS组（P<0.05）。结论:清胰化积方对胰腺癌体内生长有抑制作用

并能抑制免疫抑制因子的分泌、增强淋巴细胞功能

从而改善宿主的免疫抑制状态。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingyi Huaji（QYHJ） Formula on serum immunosuppressive factors and proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes of mice with pancreatic cancer Panc 02. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into NS group

interleukin-2（IL-2） group and QYHJ groups at low

medium and high dosages. After treatment

tumor growth was evaluated

the levels of serum immunosuppressive factors such as soluble interleukin-2 receptor（sIL-2R）

transforming growth factor β

（TGF-β

） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） were measured by ELISA

the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes cell were measured by CCK-8 colorimetry. Results: The tumors in all QYHJ groups were lighter than in NS group（P

0.05）

the levels of serum sIL-2R

TGF-β

and VEGF in all QYHJ groups were lower than in NS group

when the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes in all QYHJ groups was higher than in NS group（P

0.05）.Conclusion: QYHJ Formula may inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer in vivo

in addition it may inhibit the secretion of immunosuppressive factors and enhance lymphocytes’ immune function so as to improve the immunosuppressive state of the host.
