Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingyi Huaji(QYHJ) Formula on serum immunosuppressive factors and proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes of mice with pancreatic cancer Panc 02. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into NS group
interleukin-2(IL-2) group and QYHJ groups at low
medium and high dosages. After treatment
tumor growth was evaluated

) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were measured by ELISA
the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes cell were measured by CCK-8 colorimetry. Results: The tumors in all QYHJ groups were lighter than in NS group(P

TGF-β

and VEGF in all QYHJ groups were lower than in NS group
when the proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes in all QYHJ groups was higher than in NS group(P
<
0.05).Conclusion: QYHJ Formula may inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer in vivo
in addition it may inhibit the secretion of immunosuppressive factors and enhance lymphocytes’ immune function so as to improve the immunosuppressive state of the host.
