摘要

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定清热解毒方中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法

色谱柱:Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm

5μm）

以甲醇-0.2%磷酸（85∶15）为流动相

流速:1.0 mL.min-1

检测波长:254 nm

柱温:35℃。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚分别在1.012 5～16.2μg、1.025～16.4μg、1.025～16.4μg、1.025～16.4μg、0.625～10μg范围内呈良好线性关系

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of aloe-emodin

rhein

emodin

chrysophanol and physcion in QING RE JIE DU entract.Methods: The analysis was carried out on a Kromasil C

8（250 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm）column eluted with a mobile phase of methanal-water containing 0.2% phosphoric acid solution（V∶V=85∶15）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 35 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1.012 5～16.2

1.025～16.4 and 0.625～10 μg for aloe-emodin

chrysophanol and physcion

respectively.The average recoveries were 101.5%

101.4% for the abore five conponents

respectively.Conclusion: This method is convenient

accurate and reproducible for determination of aloe-emodin

rhein

emodin

chrysophanol and phascion in QING RE JIE DU extraet.
