Objective:To discuss the clinical effective of Busuishengxue granules to chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) patients
and to observe the difference in expression level of myelo-cytokine c-kit/CD117 before and after treatment.Methods:This experiment employed reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method to investigate the change of expression level of bone marrow mononuclear cell(BMMC) c-kit receptor mRNA and its c-kit receptor protein CD117 with flow cytometer method(FCM).Results:The expression level of BMMC c-kit receptor mRNA and its receptor protein CD117 in CAA patients were higher than that in normal control group.And after treatment both of the expression levels descended to different degree.Moreover
the descent in Busuishengxue Granule group was superior to that in zaizhangshengxue Tablet group.Conclusions: There was abnormal expression of bone marrow SCF receptor c-kit/CD117 in CAA patients.Busuishengxue Granules by regulating the bone marrow c-kitmRNA and the expression of CD117 improved the hematopoietic function of bone marrow in CAA.
