Objective:To study the effect of "Weichangshu" and medical interfering on blood flow and gastro smooth muscle cells in rats of diabetic gastroparesis model.Methods: One hundred thirty-one male SD rats（SPF class） were randomly divided into the control group（10 rats）

pathological lesion of gastro smooth muscle was obviously improved in rats of the WCS group and in rats of the lumbrukinase group.But in rats of the ethamsylate group pathological lesion of gastro smooth muscle was more serious.Conclusion:There were pathological Changes in gastric smooth muscle cells（SMC）in rats of diabetic gastroparesis model.Medicinal interfering in blood flow had the effect on gastric SMC pathology in rats of diabetic gastroparesis model."WCS" could decrease blood sugar and improve gastric SMC pathology and accelerate gastrointestinal motility.
