摘要

目的:研究珍黄丸的药理作用。方法:采用相应的药理学模型研究珍黄丸在抗菌、抗炎、解热、镇痛、免疫、化腐生肌方面的作用。结果:珍黄丸体外有抗菌作用;对急性炎症及慢性炎症具有显著的抑制作用;对大肠杆菌内毒素引起的体温升高显示出一定的解热作用;具有显著的镇痛作用;可明显提高小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能

对细胞免疫也有促进的趋势

具有一定的化腐生肌作用。结论:珍黄丸具有显著的抗炎、镇痛及增强机体免疫力的作用

并有一定的抑菌作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the pharmacological effect of Zhenhuang Pills.Methods:The anti-bacteria

anti-inflammatory

antipyretic

analgetic

immunologic and the Huafu Shengji actions of Zhenhuang Pills were studied on the corresponding pharmacological models. Results: Zhenhuang Pills had strong inhibition on many kinds of inflammatory models and it showed analgetic effects and could obviously enhance the macrophage phagocytosis of mice and antisepsis effects.It also showed a certain degree of antipyretic effect in Escherichia coli endotoxin-induced temperature increment and accelerated the removal of the rotten tissue.Conclusion: Zhenhuang Pills have obvious anti-inflammatory

analgetic effects.it can increase physical immunity and has antisepsis effects.
