摘要

目的:对不同产地陈皮药材中橙皮苷的含量进行测定

为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供实验依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

以Kromasil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-醋酸-水（35∶4∶61）;检测波长:283nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果:橙皮苷在0.4

.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系

r=0.9998

平均回收率为99.28%

RSD=1.09%（n=6）。含量测定结果表明

不同产地陈皮药材中橙皮苷含量存在差异。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好

可用于陈皮药材的质量评价。

Abstract

Objective:To determine of hesperidin in pericarpium citri reticulatae from the different producing area to estimate the quality of Pericarpium Citri Rcti culatae.Methods: The HPLC was adopted

the separation was performed on a Kromasil C

column（250 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm）

methanol-acetic acid-water（35∶4∶61） was used as the mobile phase

the detective wavelength was at 283 nm

the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min

-1

and the column temperature was at room temperature.Results: The hesperidin showed a good linearity at the range of 0.4～3.6 μg

r=（0.999 8

） the average recovery was 99.28%

RSD=1.09%（n=6）.The contents of hesperidin in the samples collected from different producing area were varied.Conclusion: The method can be used to estimate the quality of pericarpium citri reticulatae.
