正交试验法筛选侧柏叶总黄酮的提取工艺

目的:研究侧柏叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮及槲皮苷的提取率为考察指标
采用L9(34)正交试验
考察提取溶媒、提取次数、提取时间、料液比因素对提取的影响
确定侧柏叶最佳提取工艺。结果:用70%乙醇为溶媒
以1∶8的料液比
回流3次
每次1.5 h为最佳提取条件。结论:该提取工艺方法简单、合理
是侧柏叶黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。
Abstract
Objective:To study the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and quercitrin from cacumen platycladi.Methods: The extract conditions

extracting 1.5 hours for three times and the ratio of solvent to material 1∶8.Conclusion: The present investigation provided the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids and quercitrin from the Platycladus orientalis Franco.
