in rats were obserred.Results:Carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan increased platelet aggregation induced by ADP and collagen
then increased the level of TXB

and decreased the level of 6-keto-PGF

.Conclusion:The main hemostasia mechanism of carbonized cortex moutan and the main hemostasia active fractions of carbonized cortex moutan is to increase platelet aggregation by affecting the level of TXB
