摘要

目的:观察清热解毒方剂黄连解毒汤治疗感染性疾病的药效学基础。方法:伤寒-副伤寒甲-副伤寒乙三联菌苗制备家兔发热模型

观察黄连解毒汤对发热家兔体温的影响

观察该方对葡萄球菌致小鼠死亡率的影响以及观察该方对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的影响。结果:黄连解毒汤对伤寒-副伤寒甲-副伤寒乙三联菌苗致发热家兔体温有明显的降低作用

对小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌感染有保护作用;对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用。结论:黄连解毒汤具有较好的解热、抗菌、抗炎作用

为其临床用于治疗感染性疾病提供了一定的实验依据。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the pharmacological effects of Huanglianjiedu decoction（HLJD） on infectious diseases.Methods:The rabbits febris model was induced by typhoid-paratyphoid A-paratyphoid B triple vaccine

and the effects of HLJD on rabbits’ body temperature was observed;The influence of HLJD to death rate of mice infected by staphylococcus aureus was observed.We also studied the influence of HLJD to dimethyl benzene-induced ear-swelling of mice.Results:HLJD degraded the rabbits’ body temperature obviously

it could protect the staphylococcus aureus-infected mice

decreased the death rate of mice

at the same time

it obviously inhibited the mice ear-swelling.Conclusions:HLJD showed significant relieve fever

antibiosis and anti-inflammatory effects

these provided certain experimental evidence for HLJD in dealing with infectious diseases.
