摘要

目的:研究滇桂艾纳香不同提取物对小鼠出、凝血时间

以及对家兔体外血浆复钙时间的影响。方法:小鼠ig不同剂量的滇桂艾纳香水提取物、70%乙醇提物、50%乙醇提取物

采用剪尾法及毛细管法、玻片法测定各组小鼠出、凝血时间;在家兔新鲜血浆中加入滇桂艾纳香水提取物、70%乙醇提物、50%乙醇提取物测定血浆复钙时间。结果:滇桂艾纳香不同提取物均有一定的缩短动物出、凝血时间和血浆复钙时间的作用;其中70%乙醇提取物ig后可明显缩短小鼠的出血时间（P<0.01）、毛细管法凝血时间（P<0.01）、玻片法凝血时间（P<0.01）并且可显著缩短家兔体外给药血浆复钙时间（P<0.001）;结论:滇桂艾纳香70%乙醇提取物凝血作用较其它几种提取物强。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of different solvent extracts of Blumea riparia（Bl） DC on bleeding time（BT）

coagulation time（CT） and plasma recalcification time（RT）.Methods: BT was determined by the cutting tail method in mice.CT was tested by the capillary method and the slice method in mice respectively

and RT was tested in vitro in rabbits.Results: BT

CT and RT were shortened by the different solvent extracts of Blnmea riparia（BI） DC.in some degree;The results also showed that 70% alcohol extract could significantly shorten BT（P<0.01）

CT（P<0.01） in mice

and had very remarkable shortening RT（P<0.01） effect in rabbit.Conclusion: 70% alcohol extract of Blumea riparia（Bl.） DC.has stronger hemostasis effect than other extracts.
