摘要

目的:探讨肿节风总黄酮（ZJF-HT）对小鼠骨髓巨核系细胞扩增的影响。方法:采用液体培养和半固体集落培养

观察ZJF-HT及其含药血清对成熟巨核细胞及巨核系祖细胞集落扩增的作用。结果:与模型组相比

ZJF-HT≥125μg.mL-1能使成熟巨核细胞数和巨核系祖细胞集落数增多（P

0.05）;ZJF-HT含药血清在0.39%

.25%体积浓度范围能增加成熟巨核细胞数

在0.20%

.25%范围内能显著增加巨核系祖细胞集落数（P

0.01）。结论:ZJF-HT及其含药血清均能促进巨核系细胞的体外扩增。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of the flavonoids of Sarcand glabrain（ZJF-HT） on the expansion of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg in vitro.Methods: Megakaryocytes and megakaryocyte progenitor cells were cultured in liquid and semi-solid colony culture systems respectively.The effects of ZJF-HT and ZJF-HT serum on the expansion of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg were observed.Results:ZJF-HT

could increase the number of mature megakaryocytes and CFU-Meg compared with model group（P

0.05）.ZJF-HT serum could significantly increase the number of mature megakaryocytes over the range of 0.39%～6.25% and also significantly promote the formation of CFU-Meg over the range of 0.20%～6.25%（compared with model group

0.01）.Conclusions:Both ZJF-HT and ZJF-HT serum can promote the expansion of mature megakaryocytes and CFUMeg.
