摘要

胃肠道是大黄对人体发挥治疗作用的主要效应器官

该文在对近年相关文献分析的基础上

概括了大黄调节胃肠功能的作用及机制研究现状

分析了目前有关大黄研究中存在的问题

并指出了今后需重点加强的方向和领域

为大黄的深入研究以及临床上正确合理的使用提供参考和依据。

Abstract

Gastrointestinal tract is the main target organ that rhubarb acts upon.By analyzing the published papers recently related to rhubarb and gastrointestinal tract

the regulatory functions and the mech-anisms of rhubarb to gastrointestinal tract were outlined.The problems existed in the progress of rhubarb research and the research fields involving rhubarb that should be emphasized were also pointed out.Thus

this paper might pave the way for further development as well as clinical use of rhubarb.
