摘要

目的:以抗眩晕颗粒为例

探讨中药复方半仿生提取（semi-bionic extraction

简称SBE）的研究方法。方法:以泽泻醇B乙酸酯、川芎嗪、阿魏酸、总生物碱、大黄素和大黄酚之和、干浸膏为指标成分

用正交试验优选半仿生提取的工艺条件。结果:优选出的工艺条件为:用10%HCl调第1煎pH值为2.00

用10%NaOH分别调第2煎、第3煎pH值为7.50、8.50

溶剂用量依次为10

6倍

煎煮时间依次为2.0

1.5

1.5h。结论:验证试验结果表明

优选出的SBE工艺条件稳定、可行

优于原工艺条件。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the method for using semi-bionic （SBE） on Kangxuanyun granules as an example. Method: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of SBE with the evaluation markers such as alisol B-acetate

ferulic acid

total alkaloids

the total contents of emodin and chrysophanol

dried extract. Result: The optimized SBE conditions were as follows: The pH of the three extractions were in proper order 2. 00
