藕节炒炭工艺

目的:研究藕节炒炭工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验
以藕节炭中总多酚、水溶性浸出物的含量为指标
结合成品性状
对藕节炒炭的工艺条件进行优选
并进行中试实验。结果:小试优选藕节炒炭投料300g
投料温度200℃、炒制时间22min。中试炒炭投料10kg
炒筒转速26r/min
炒筒温度预设下限195℃
上限205℃
炒制时间约10min。结论:小试炒炭的工艺条件与中试有差异。
Abstract
Technological conditions of carbonizing process of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis were selected by orthogonal test according to the contents of total polyphenol and water soluble extract combined with the characteristics of finished products. Pilot experiments conditions of the carbonizing process of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis were studied by using CG-Y7502 intellectualized herbal medicine roaster manufactured by Chun Jiang Institute of Automation. Result: Temperature for charring Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis was 200 ℃ for 22 minutes in laboratory when the weight of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis is 300 g. The weight of Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis was 10 kg for 10 minutes at the speed of 26r /min
