超临界萃取茺蔚子脂肪油的工艺研究

目的:优选茺蔚子脂肪油最佳提取工艺条件。方法:采用超临界流体萃取法
正交实验考察了4因素
包括萃取压力、萃取温度、浸泡时间、萃取时间
3水平对其得量的影响。结果:茺蔚子脂肪油的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力50 MPa

浸泡30 min
提取20 min。结论:通过验证实验
表明所选的工艺条件可行。其中不饱和脂肪酸
质量分数高达86.31%。
Abstract
Objective:To study and optimize the extracting technology of the volatile oil from motherwort fruit.Method:Orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors(extracting pressure
extraction temperature
soaking time
extraction time) and three levels on the fatty oil’s volume by supercritical fluid extraction.Result:The optimum extraction condition of the oil from motherwort fruit was:50 MPa of extracting pressure
45 degrees
soaking thirty minutes and extracting twenty minutes.Conclusion:The process is scientific and useful for the studying of new drug with fatty oil.The unsaturated fatty acid in the oil was 86.31%.
