摘要

目的:建立同时测定炎可宁片中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）;流动相甲醇（A）-0.1%的磷酸水（B）溶液

采用梯度洗脱

0～10 min

75%～85%A

10～20 min

85%～90%A;流速1.0 mL.min-1

柱温25℃

检测波长254 nm。结果:芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚分别在0.016 0～0.096 0μg

0.012 0～0.072 0μg

0.016 0～0.096 0μg

0.036 4～0.218 4μg

0.015 6～0.093 6μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.6%（RSD 0.76%

n=5）、97.2%（RSD 1.35%

n=5）、96.9%（RSD 1.57%

n=5）、98.1%（RSD 1.25%

n=5）和96.2%（RSD 0.62%

n=5）。结论:本方法快速简便

专属性强

可作为炎可宁片质量控制方法之一。

Abstract

Objective:To determine the content of aloe-emodin

rhein

emodin

chrysophanol and physcion in Yankening Tablets by HPLC.Method:Using Kromasil C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 μm）

the methanol（A）-0.1% phosphoric acid（B）was used as the mobile phase.Using gradient elution

0 ～ 10 min

75% ～ 85% A

10 ～ 20 min

85% ～ 90% A.The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result:The linearity of this method were for 0.016-0.0960 mg

0.120-0.072 0 μg for rhein

0.016 0-0.096 0 μg for emodin

0.036 4-0.218 4 μg for chrysophanol

0.015 6-0.093 6 μg for physcion.There coveries of aloe-emodin

rhein

emodin

chrysophanol and physcion were 96.6%

97.2%

96.9%

98.1% and 96.2%.RSD were 0.76%（n = 5）

1.35%（n = 5）

1.57%（n = 5）

1.25%（n = 5） and 0.62%（n = 5）

respectively.Conclusion:This method was rapid

accurate and can be used as one kind of Yankening Tablets’quality control method.
