以确定最佳软化和切制工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱和醇溶性浸出物为指标选择不同软化和切制方法
优选最佳的黄柏软化和切制工艺。结果:黄柏的最佳软化方法为淋法
一般在20℃
每100 g药材
需要使用150 mL水
软化8 h。黄柏的切制方法为垂直于其纤维切制
宽度约为4 mm。结论:黄柏软化和切制工艺合理可行。
Abstract
Objective:To optimize the best softening and cutting technology of Phellodendron chinense.Method:The content of berberian and alcohol-soluble extract was regarded as evaluated index to determine the best softening and cutting technology of P.chinense.with different ways.Result:Spraying was best softening method that Phellodendron was sprayed at the temperature of 20 ℃ in 8 hours with the total water of 150 mL per 100 g Phellodendron.The reasonable cutting method was to cut the Phellodendron perpendicular to the fiber in 4 mm width.Conclusion:Softening and cutting were reasonable with perfect stability that could be applied to the industrial manufacture and the quality control of Phellodendron chinense Schneid.
