摘要

目的:研究荆半夏不同分化品系对微量元素的吸收与富集规律。方法:应用波长色散X射线荧光光谱分析法对荆半夏4个品系的叶和块茎粉末中的微量元素进行检测。结果:荆半夏4个品系的叶和块茎中共检测到18种微量元素

总平均值由大到小分别为K

Ti。叶中未检测到Se

块茎中未检测到Ti。结论:荆半夏的4个品系对不同微量元素的吸收和富集存在差异性

是否对其参与配伍的功效表现差异性

值得进一步研究。

Abstract

Objective:To study the absorption and accumulation of microelements among different strains of Pinellia ternate grown in Jingzhou.Method:Microelements in powders of leaves and tubers of four different strains were detected with the technique of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence（WDXRF）.Result:Eighteen microelements（K

Se and Ti） have been detected

but Se was not found in leaves and Ti not in tuber.Conclusion:The absorption and accumulation of microelements were different among different strains of P.ternate grown in Jingzhou.And wether might this cause any differences in efficacy and compatibility needs to be further studied.
