ABTS]自由基的方法
通过计算半数抑制浓度评价野坝子的乙醇提取物的不同极性萃取部位和AB-8大孔树脂柱色谱不同浓度甲醇洗脱部位的清除自由基能力。结果:野坝子提取物不同极性萃取部位清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的能力分别为:乙酸乙酯部位>Vit C>正丁醇部位>水部位>石油醚部位>氯仿部位、乙酸乙酯部位>Vit E>正丁醇部位>水部位>氯仿部位>石油醚部位。AB-8大孔树脂柱色谱不同浓度甲醇洗脱部位清除DPPH和ABTS自由基的能力分别为Vit C>50%甲醇部位>70%甲醇部位>30%甲醇部位>100%甲醇部位、50%甲醇部位>70%甲醇部位>30%甲醇部位>Vit E>100%甲醇部位。结论:野坝子乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位和30%
50%和70%甲醇洗脱部位都具有很好的清除自由基活性
是一种新型天然抗氧化物质来源。
The free radical scavenging capacity of different extracts and macroporous resin column chroma-tography gradient solutions from ethanol extract of Elsholtzia rugulosa were determined by 2
2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH) and improved 2
2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) diammonium salt(ABTS) assay
with Vit C and Vit E as the control.The free radical scavenging capacity on DPPH and ABTS of different ex-tracts of E.rugulosa followed by ethyl acetate > Vit C > n-butanol > aqueous solution > petroleum ether > chloro-form and ethyl acetate > Vit E > n-butanol > aqueous solution > chloroform > petroleum ether
respectively.The free radical scavenging capacity on DPPH and ABTS of macroporous resin column chromatography gradient solutions were Vit C > 50% MeOH > 70% MeOH > 30% MeOH > 100% MeOH and 50% MeOH > 70% MeOH > 30% MeOH > Vit E > 100% MeOH.The ethyl acetate extracts and 30%
50% and 70% MeOH solutions exhibited strong antiox-idant activity.It indicated as a new source of natural antioxidants.
