以甲醇-磷酸水溶液(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相
检测波长为280 nm。线性范围0.28~2.8μg
相关系数为0.999 10。平均回收率为98.82%
RSD 2.36%(n=5)。结果:黄芩苷在不同土壤营养条件下的平均含量分别为10.14%

Abstract
Objective: To compare the contents of baicalin of growing in Daqing in the different nutrition of soil of Radix Scutellariae.Method: The contents of baicalin determined by HPLC.Chromatographic condition included INERTSIL ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-H3PO3-water(47∶53∶0.2).baicalin was detected at 280 nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.28~2.8 μg with correlation coefficient 0.9991.The average recovery of baicalin was 98.82% with RSD 2.36%.Result: The contents of baicalin were 10.14%
