Objective: The content determination was established for analysis of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminoside to control the quanlity of Shujin Huoluo Wine.Method: Kromasil C18 column(5 μm
4.6 mm × 250 mm) was used with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.05% solution of phosphoric acid as the mobile phase
gradient elution was performed.The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1
detection wavelength was set at 254 nm
column temperature was set at 35 ℃
the quantity of injection was 10 μL.Result: The linear range of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminoside was 0.030 1-1.504 5 μg and 0.040 8-2.040 0 μg respectively.The average recovery of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminoside was 99.46% and 100.45% with RSD 2.64% and 2.54%
respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple
rapid and with good reproducibility on the content determination in Shujin Huoluo Wine.
