Objective: To determine the content of total flavonoids and robinin-7-o-β-D-xylosylglucoside fron Dracoephalum mololarie.Method: The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV).The content of robinin-7-o-β-D-xylosylglucoside was determined by HPLC.The analysis was performed on a RP-C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm
5 μm) with aceconitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(26∶ 74) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.1 mL.min-1
and at room temperature.The detection of wave length was set at 326 nm.Result: The content of robinin-7-o-β-D-xylosylglucoside was 0.33%
and recovery rate was 98.62%.The content of total flavonoids was 1.90%
and recovery rate was 97.59%.Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of flavonoids components from D.mololariea.
