摘要

目的:研究背花疮的显微鉴别特征及其挥发油的成分。方法:性状鉴别

显微鉴别;采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取背花疮的挥发油

利用气-质联用仪对其挥发油进行分析鉴定

并用峰面积归一化法计算其相对百分含量。结果:详细描述了背花疮的药材性状、显微结构特征;明确了背花疮的挥发油化学成分。结论:本研究为背花疮的临床应用和开发利用提供参考依据。

Abstract

Objective: To study on microscopical identification and determination of chemical constituents in the essential oil from Pilea peltata.Method: Character identification and microscopic identification;the essential oils from P.peltata was extracted by steam stilling and analyed by GC /MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Result: The study detailed described the morphological character

the microstructure characteristics of P.peltata;And also showed the main chemical constituents of essential oils in P.peltata.Conclusion: It has provided scientific foundation for clinical application and utilization of P.peltata.
