摘要

目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定复肾宁片中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用Shim-pack-C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm

5μm）

以乙腈-水（10∶90）为流动相

检测波长238 nm。结果:栀子苷线性范围为0.136～0.680μg

r=0.999 9。栀子苷的回收率分别为98.04%

RSD 0.46%。结论:该方法用于测定复肾宁片中栀子苷的含量

具有简便、准确、灵敏的特点

可作为该制剂质量控制的指标。

Abstract

Objective: To determine the content of Gardenoside in Fushenning Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Method: The determination was carried out on a Shim-pack-C18 column（4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm）eluted with and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（10∶90）.The detection wavelength was of 238 nm.Result: Gardenoside was linear within the range of 0.136-0.680 μg

with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9.The average recovery of gardenoside was 98.04%

with RSD 0.46%.Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate

sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
