摘要

目的:研究黔产鱼眼草的化学成分

为阐明其活性成分提供依据。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离

根据化合物的光谱数据和理化常数鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物

分别为正二十二烷（1）、正二十八烷酸（2）、正二十烷酸甲酯（3）、十六烷酸三十烷醇酯（4）、脱镁叶绿素甲酯（5）、柳穿鱼素（6）、柳穿鱼素-7-葡萄糖苷（7）。结论:化合物1～7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: Study on the chemical constituents of Dichrocephala integrifolia.Method: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.Result: Sven compounds were obtained and identified as docosane（1）

N-octacosanoic acid（2）

eicosanoic acid（3）

henicosanoic acid methyl ester（4）

methyl phaeophorbide-a（5）

pectolinarigenin（6） and pectolinarigenin-7-glucoside（7）.Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
