目的:建立灵芝配方颗粒中麦角甾醇的含量测定方法。方法:反相HPLC
流动为甲醇-水(99∶1)
检测波长为281 nm
流速1.2 mL·min-1
柱温25℃。结果:麦角甾醇对照品进样量在0.223 7~1.342μg呈良好线性关系
回归方程为Y=1 104.468X+1.168
r=0.999 9
回收率为103.1%
RSD为0.48%(n=6)。结论:本法简便易行
重复性好
可作为灵芝配方颗粒的质量控制方法。
Abstract
Objective: To establish a quantitative method for determination of ergosterol in Lingzhi Dispensing Granule.Method: A RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of ergosterol with methanol-water(99∶ 1) as the mobile phase and detection wavelength was 281 nm
The flow rate was 1.2 mL.min-1 and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Result: The linearity of ergosterol were good in range of 0.223 7~1.342 μg
and the regression equation was Y=1 104.468 X + 1.168(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 103.1% and the RSD value of repeatability was 0.48%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is simple and reproducible
and it can be used for quality control of Lingzhi Dispensing Granule.
