摘要

在梳理近年国内外骨髓干细胞标记物研究成果的基础上

分别从骨髓干细胞标记物来源、特性等方面论述骨髓干细胞标记物的研究现状

探讨了在临床和试验研究方面利用骨髓干细胞标记物针对骨髓干细胞循环的动员、归巢、分化环节等研究情况

明确寻找和鉴定干细胞所特有的细胞表面标志分子

将有力促进干细胞生物学特性的研究和临床应用的提高。

Abstract

Based on the recent domestic and international studies on stem cell of bone marrow

the origin and characteristic of markers for stem cell are discussed.The mobilization of circulating stem cells

homing and differentiation status in clinical and experimental applications are also discussed.Identification and distinguishing for the specific cell surface markers of stem cells will effectively promote the research of biological characteristics of stem cell and clinical applications of them.
