摘要

目的:建立双波长HPLC测定山茱萸Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc.中熊果酸、马钱苷含量的方法。方法:用十八烷基键合硅胶为固定相Shim-pack VP-ODS柱

以乙腈为流动相A

以0.02%磷酸水为流动相B

进行梯度洗脱

检测波长为210

238 nm。结果:熊果酸在0.1～2.0μg线性良好（r=0.999 9）。回收率为99.44%（RSD 0.39%

n=6）。马钱苷在0.08～1.6μg线性良好（r=0.999 9）。回收率为98.92%（RSD0.75%

n=6）。结论:本方法简便快速

可同时测定山茱萸中多种成分含量

结果准确。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a dual-wavelength HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid and loganin from Cornus officinalis.Method:Octadecyl bonded silica stationary phase Shim-pack VP-ODS column was used.Gradient elution was performed with acetonitrile as mobile phase A

0.02% phosphoric acid water as mo-bile phase B.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and 238 nm.Result:UA was linear in the range of 0.1-2.0 μg

（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.44%（RSD 0.39%

n = 6）.Loganin was linear in the range of 0.08-1.6 μg.（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.92%（RSD 0.75%

n = 6）.Conclusion:The method established was simple

rapid and accurate and could be used for simultaneous determination of ursolic acid and loganin from dogwood.
