摘要

目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定盆炎净片（PYJP）中咖啡酸的含量。方法:采用C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm

5μm）

甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液（23∶77）为流动相

流速1.0 mL.min-1

检测波长323 nm。结果:咖啡酸在0.072 96～0.437 76μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）

平均加样回收率为99.10%

RSD 1.22%（n=5）。结论:该方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重复性好。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of caffeic acid in PYJP.Method:An C18 column was used as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-phosphate buffer（23∶ 77）

the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 323 nm.Result:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of caffeic acid and peak area value when the concentrations of caffeic acid was within the range of 0.072 96-0.437 76 μg（r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.10%

RSD 1.22%（n = 5）.Conclusion:The method was accurate

sensitive

reproducible and may be used in the determina-tion of caffeic acid in PYJP
