摘要

雌激素受体（Estrogen Receptor

ER）是一种调节雌二醇作用的配体激活核转录因子

介导大部分的雌激素反应。随着雌激素在临床上的广泛应用

对ER的研究也不断深入。近年来

有关ER组织学定位、表达、功能及与相关疾病的研究取得了许多进展

并发现中医药对某些疾病治疗的作用机制也与ER密切相关。

Abstract

Estrogen receptor（ER） is a ligand-activated nuclear transcription factor to estradiol

and mediates most of the estrogen responses.As the estrogen widely used in clinic in recent years

there are many advances in ER research

such as the organization localization

expression

function and related diseases.In addition

researches also suggest that some mechanisms responsible for traditional Chinese medicine are closely related with ER.
