摘要

目的:建立通塞益脑口服液的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别方中的地龙、川芎、延胡索;采用HPLC法测定通塞益脑口服液中阿魏酸含量。结果:在TLC色谱中可检出川芎、地龙、延胡索的特征成分斑点;阿魏酸在15.28～152.8mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）

平均加样回收率为99.38%（RSD 1.11%

n=6）。结论:所建立的方法能够准确可靠的进行定性、定量检测

重复性好

可作为通塞益脑口服液的质量控制标准。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for the quality control of the Tongsaiyinao Oral Liquid.Method: TLC method was used to identify Dilong

Chuanxiong

and Yuanhu.HPLC was adopted to determine the ferulic acid in Chuanxiong.Result: The characteristic spots of these crude drugs could be detected in TLC color spectrum.Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 15.28-152.80 mg.L-1.The average recovery was 99.38% RSD 1.11%（n = 6）.Conclusion:The method was accurate and reliable with good reproducibility

and can be used as a quality control of Tongsaiyinao Oral Liquid.
