marked the Y through the FISH to observe the number of the cells from the male mice bone marrow in female mice livers

tested the chemokine SDF-1 relative expression in female mice livers by Western blot.Result: The damage of mice liver relieved obviously in FZHY decoction group compared the model group.The observation of Y chromosome dyed indicated

the number of the cells from the male mice bone marrow reduced in the FZHY decoction group compared the model group liver（P < 0.05）.The chemokine SDF-1 relative expression reduced in the FZHY decoction group compared the model group liver（P < 0.01）.Conclusion: When the liver is damaged

the FZHY decoction may be able to depress the chemokine SDF-1 expression to prevent the marrow cells to migrate into the liver

and thus in certain degree controls the marrow cell promoting the liver fibrosis.
