摘要

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定消核灵胶囊延胡索乙素的含量的方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×150mm

5μm）;流动相为乙腈-2%冰醋酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH 5.0）（25∶75）;检测波长280 nm

流速1 mL.min-1

柱温为30℃。结果:延胡索乙素的检测浓度在44.68～357.44 mg.L-1与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 9

n=5）;平均回收率为101.10%

RSD 2.42%（n=5）。结论:本法简便、快速、准确

可用于消核灵胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaoheling capsule.Method:The HPLC separation was performed on C18 column（4.6 mm × 150 mm

5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-2% acetic acid solution（ajusted pH to 5.0 using triethylamine）（25∶ 75）;The detective wavelength was set at 280 nm with a flow rate of 1 mL.min-1and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.Result: Corydalis was linear in the range of 44.68-357.44 mg.L-1 with coefficient 0.999 9.Average recovery was 101.10% with RSD 2.42%（n = 5）.Conclusion: The method was simple

rapid and accurate

and applicable for the quality control of Xiaoheling capsule.
