Objective:To study the percutaneous absorption of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shangke spray in vitro.Method:The transdermal permeation tests of ginsenoside Rg1 in Shangke Spray were performed through excised rat skin in Franz diffusion cells.Ginsenoside Rg1 concentration was determined by HPLC.Result: Ginsenoside Rg1 could penetrate through rat skin.The permeation rate and the lag time were 0.161 mg.cm-2.h-1 and 0.368 h respectively.Conclusion: The research provides experimental data for the design of shangke Spray.
