摘要

目的:观察五参顺脉胶囊对急性心肌梗死（AMI）经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）后左室功能和QT间期离散度（QTd）的影响。方法:98例AMI患者均行冠状动脉造影及PCI治疗

术后随机分为两组:对照组（48例）给予常规治疗;观察组（50例）给予常规治疗加五参顺脉胶囊口服。两组均连续治疗6个月。检测治疗前后左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室收缩末期容积（LVESV）、血浆B型尿钠肽（BNP）、标准12导联心电图。结果:治疗1个月后观察组的血浆BNP显著低于对照组（P<0.01）;治疗6个月后

观察组LVEF显著高于治疗前和对照组（P均<0.01）;观察组LVESV显著低于治疗前和对照组（P均<0.01）;观察组QTcd显著低于治疗前和对照组（P<0.01

P<0.05）;观察组心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组未发现任何不良反应。结论:五参顺脉胶囊可在常规治疗基础上显著改善AMI患者介入后的左室功能

降低血浆BNP水平

显著缩短QT间期离散度

减少心血管事件发生率

且安全性好。

Abstract

Objective:To observate the effect of Wushen Shunmai capsule on left ventricular function and QT interval dispersion in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） after interventional treatment.Method: Ninety eight patients with AMI underwent coronary angiography and PCI treatment

were randomly divided into 2 groups

the control group（48 cases） treated with conventional therapy

the observation group（50 cases） received conventional therapy plus oral Wushen Shunmai capsule.Two groups were treated continuously for 6 months.Left ventricular ejection fraction

left ventricular end systolic volume

B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）

standard 12-lead ECG were detected before and after treatment.Result:After 1 month of treatment

the plasma BNP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P < 0.01）.After 6 months of treatment

the LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of before treatment and the control group（P < 0.01）;the LVESV of the observation group was significantly lower than that of before treatment and the control group（P < 0.01）;the QTcd of the observation group was significantly lower than that of before treatment and thecontrol group（P < 0.01

P < 0.05）;the incidence of cardiovascular events of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）;the observation group found no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Wushen Shunmai capsule significantly improved left ventricular function after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with AMI on the basis of the conventional therapy
