摘要

目的:采用高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器（HPLC-ELSD）测定三七止血胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的含量。方法:以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱（0～12 min

乙腈19%→36%）

Hypersil ODS柱（4.0 mm×200mm

5μm）为固定相

流速为1.0 mL·min-1

ELSD参数:漂移管温度45℃

载气流量1.5 L·min-1。结果:三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1的回收率分别为97.86%

96.24%和97.58%

RSD分别为1.36%

1.58%和1.13%（n=6）。结论:该方法简便、快速、重现性好

可用于三七止血胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To develop an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of notoginsenoside R1

ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Sanqi Zhixue Capsule.Method: The analysis was carried out on a Hypersil ODS analytical column（4.6 mm × 200 mm

5 μm） with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution（0-12 min

acetonitrile 19% →36%）.The detector drift tube temperature was set at 45 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Result: The recoveries for notoginsenoside R1

ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 97.86%

96.24% and 97.58% with RSD 1.36%

1.58% and 1.13%（n = 6） respectively.Conclusion: The developed method is simple

rapid

replicable

and can be used for the quality control of Sanqi Zhixue Capsule.
